At Skill Development Services Ltd, we specialise in delivering non-clinical support services for children with special educational needs (SEN), including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and developmental delays. Based in Wrexham, our mission is to empower families, parents, and schools by providing practical, affordable, and personalised solutions that fill the gaps left by overstretched public services.

We do not offer diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical interventions. Instead, we focus on educational coaching, developmental support, parental guidance, and teacher training, helping children thrive in their learning, social, and home environments.

Saima Kashif, founder and director of Skill Development Services Ltd, is a Clinical Psychologist and Special Needs Trainer with over 25 years of experience supporting neurodiverse children. Since 1994, Saima has worked across schools, homes, and community settings, helping families navigate the complexities of SEN needs through structured learning plans, Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour coaching, and parent/teacher workshops.

Her deep expertise and passion for child development allow her to deliver services without relying on expensive external clinicians or therapists, making support more accessible to those who need it most. Saima’s personal dedication, professional integrity, and cultural sensitivity make her a trusted ally for parents, educators, and professionals alike.
