At Skill Development Services Ltd, our Autism & SEN Coaching services are thoughtfully designed to support the individual growth of children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences. Led by Saima Kashif, an expert Clinical Psychologist and Special Needs Trainer with over 25 years of hands-on experience, our sessions incorporate ABA-inspired (Applied Behaviour Analysis) techniques combined with sensory-based teaching methods to create engaging and effective learning environments. These methods are grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to each child’s sensory preferences and learning style. We place a strong emphasis on developing social, communication, and cognitive skills — the foundational pillars of independent functioning and emotional wellbeing. From enhancing eye contact and turn-taking to building vocabulary, problem-solving, and flexible thinking, our programs are personalised to meet children where they are. Our coaching is offered in small groups to promote peer interaction and social learning or through 1:1 sessions for those who benefit from individualised attention. We take care to ensure that every child receives the guidance, repetition, and encouragement they need to thrive. Our environments are calming, structured, and welcoming — whether in our Wrexham centre or through online platforms across the UK. Every session is led or supervised by Saima, ensuring the highest standards of care and professional oversight.
