School Inclusion & Teacher Training

School Inclusion & Teacher Training

At Skill Development Services Ltd, we provide practical and impactful workshops on inclusive classroom practices to help teachers create supportive learning environments for all students, including those with autism, ADHD, and other special educational needs. Our training is led by Saima Kashif, a seasoned Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in SEN education and behaviour management. These workshops are designed to equip educators with real-world strategies that are easy to implement and highly effective in diverse classrooms. Teachers gain insights into differentiated instruction, sensory-aware teaching, and fostering peer inclusion. We also provide proven behaviour strategies for teachers, focusing on positive reinforcement, de-escalation techniques, and the development of consistent classroom routines. These strategies are tailored to suit various age groups and learning profiles. Additionally, we offer classroom observation reports, where Saima or a trained specialist visits classrooms to identify challenges and provide constructive, confidential feedback. These observations are followed by 1:1 coaching sessions for SENCOs and school staff, aimed at refining intervention plans, strengthening IEP execution, and improving collaboration between teachers and support teams.
